Define and operationalize global content performance metrics (e.g., reuse, velocity, quality, cost, adoption).
Translate business questions into scalable data models and reporting frameworks.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and trend analysis.
Develop and maintain global dashboards that track the health of the content ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Management, or related field.
5-9 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital content or marketing environments.
Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience working with large, cross-functional datasets and global stakeholders.
Ability to translate business needs into analytical frameworks and insights.
Experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar platforms.
Exposure to content strategy, digital marketing analytics, or ecosystem measurement.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
