Job summary
The role supports innovative and reliable banking functions in an evolving digital environment.
The position is accountable for production application support across one or more applications in Wealth and Retail Banking Technology.
The source lists office working and permanent employment.
Core technical requirements
- Technical knowledge of T24 core product, COB management, multi-thread routines, services, and batch records.
- Experience with shell scripting, Red Hat Linux, and an application server such as JBoss EAP 7.x.
- RDBMS and SQL knowledge, including the ability to perform queries and code or impact analysis.
- T24 logging and monitoring, monitoring tools such as ITRS and Splunk, APIs, and interface integration.
- Understanding of Wealth and Retail Banking products and T24 modules including Lending, Deposits, and Limits and Collateral.
Production support
- Create and improve T24 business functions and product solutions to address business requirements.
- Own major incident resolution, structured communications, runbooks, post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Manage incident, problem, change, risk, capacity, and compliance activities for production applications.
