Position Overview
The role is for a Senior Architect supporting high-rise residential and commercial buildings, villas, mansions, and township projects.
The architect will guide the architectural team in design development, statutory compliance, coordination, and drawing execution.
Role Facts and Qualifications
- The source specifies 7 years of experience.
- A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is listed, with M.Arch preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BMRDA and BDA guidelines is required.
- AutoCAD is mandatory, and SketchUp experience is requested.
- The role requires knowledge of building bye-laws and approval processes and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Architectural Design and Planning
- Prepare architectural GFC drawings for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare villa and mansion layouts and working drawings.
- Develop architectural elevations and façade concepts.
- Prepare township master plans, layout designs, services layouts, and authority drawings for approval.
- Prepare project area statements.
