Interior Design Architect role within real estate, construction, and architectural consultancy.
The role covers residential apartment interiors, lobbies, clubhouses, and commercial tower lobbies in Bangalore.
Qualifications and experience
- B.Arch degree is required.
- Interior Design qualification is preferred.
- Around five years of experience in interiors for residential apartments, lobbies, clubhouses, and commercial tower lobbies.
Software skills
- Software experience includes SketchUp, V-Ray, Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop interior concepts, space planning, and mood boards.
- Prepare 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs.
- Produce detailed interior drawings and Revit BIM models.
- Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP teams.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Review shop drawings, conduct site visits, and ensure quality.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
