Responsibilities
- Own and manage the lifecycle of core investment platforms, including enhancements, integrations, and roadmap development
- Partner with stakeholders across Investments, Finance, Fund Operations, and Investor Relations to gather and translate business requirements
- Act as the SME for investment applications, ensuring systems effectively support the investment lifecycle
- Lead delivery of system changes and improvements, coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Provide hands on support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operational continuity
- Manage external vendors, ensuring delivery against SLAs and overseeing change, release, and deployment processes
- Drive continuous improvement across applications, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual processes
- Support the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of new applications where required
- Ensure systems meet governance, regulatory, and data control requirements
Requirements
- Experience owning and managing the lifecycle of core investment platforms
- Ability to partner with stakeholders across Investments, Finance, Fund Operations, and Investor Relations
- Experience acting as SME for investment applications
- Experience managing external vendors and ensuring delivery against SLAs
