- Ensure safe and efficient operation of both STPs
- Deliver contractual KPIs and plant performance targets
- Optimize manpower, budgets, and operational costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary interface with the client
- Manage LTOM contractual obligations, deliverables, and compliance
- Protect contractual and commercial interests
- Manage relationships with regulators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate EPC activities through Project Execution team
- Monitor EPC deliverables and contractual compliance
- Lead the O&M management team
- Develop staffing strategies and organizational capabilities
Requirements
- Experience in operations and maintenance of STPs (Sewage Treatment Plants)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage contractual obligations and client relationships
