Sr Analyst Data, Insights and Innovation

Work alongside team members on project workstreams, contributing analysis and execution support

Help design and implement finance process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase operational effectiveness

Support technology solutions in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal control requirements

Assist in maintaining frameworks for internal controls and global policy compliance

Support Internal Audit, SOX, and compliance teams with audit readiness activities

Communicate technology solutions and project updates to stakeholders across Finance and IT

Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible summaries for non-technical audiences

Support customer demonstrations and internal presentations showcasing innovative solutions

Build strong working relationships across Finance, IT, and Operations

6+ years of experience in finance operations, technology delivery, or related fields

Experience supporting or contributing to technology projects or initiatives

Demonstrated ability to deliver assigned work on time and to a high standard

Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams across multiple regions is a plus

Familiarity with prototyping AI solutions, testing machine learning models, and wrangling small/medium sized datasets

Exposure to Salesforce (Agents, Tableau, Slack, Einstein, Data Cloud, etc.) preferred

Exposure to Snowflake preferred

Solid understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements

Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and interest in applying them to business problems

Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or similar), Python, and modern ERP systems

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is a plus

Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and/or custom application development is a plus

Reliable delivery of assigned work that contributes to measurable ROI through technology implementations (cost savings, efficiency gains, error reduction)

Growing proficiency with new technologies and processes across the finance organization

Development of solutions that support team and organizational goals

Building a reputation as a dependable, detail-oriented contributor

Active participation in a high-performing team culture of innovation and continuous improvement
