Sr. Analyst - CLM Developer

• Internal – Managers across various departments, Senior Management, Head of Departments in other regional hubs of Puma Energy
• External – External Consultants

• This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Contract Management process, who has led & implemented CLM solutions in the past
• 5-8 years of overall experience in leading multinationals is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in implementing CLM Solutions is desired
• Understand the complexity of managing a multi-process operation setup. This could be captive or non-captive

• Graduation/Masters in related field from Tier 1 Institute
• Required Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with DocuSign CLM's API and SDK, Project Management & Process Automation
• DocuSign CLM Certification will be an add-on
• Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team, translating business concepts into implementable requirements
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices
• Experience with system integration and data migration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to operate at both conceptual and working levels
• An eye for detail and an extremely hands-on working style
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
• Proven verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills and ethical standards
• Ability to deliver results
