Responsibilities
- Build and maintain competition intelligence solutions and standard business trackers for market performance and growth opportunities.
- Synthesize Marketing, Finance, and Point-of-Sale datasets into technical analytical solutions.
- Partner with Corporate, Regional, and Local teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Validate data quality, resolve discrepancies, and automate insights using GenAI.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to extract data from cloud environments.
- Build scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Sciences, Statistics, or an MBA.
- Experience with syndicated market data, point-of-sale data, and ecommerce data.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Data Insights or Analytics.
- Client-facing or stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python, Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, DOMO, Looker Studio, or Sigma.
- Ability to read, analyze, and visualize data.
- Effective verbal and written communication for business engagement.
- Excellent presentation and visualization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating or working on automated insights solutions.
- Working knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Experience working on competition intelligence solutions.
- Willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques.
- Good facilitation and project management skills.
