Sr. AI/ML Engineer I (6813)

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Build, train, operationalize, and maintain AI/ML models in production.
• Apply machine learning techniques to support RAG capabilities.
• Present results in presentations or reports.
• Provide architectural leadership, technical support, and advisory services.
• Integrate system technologies while meeting security requirements.
• Analyze program and system activities to automate and optimize manual processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy containerized AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI CI poly clearance.
• Extensive experience with open-source models or comparable proprietary-model analysis.
• Expertise in at least two of generative AI or LLMs, NLP, RAG, and neural networks.
• At least six years with at least two listed AI/ML technologies, including Python, R, Anaconda, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, or PostgreSQL.
• At least six years designing, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML data architecture and services.
• Experience maintaining models through user stories and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise deploying AI/ML solutions in classified AWS environments at IL6 or higher.
• Strong containerized AI/ML solution development and deployment experience.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $170,000 to $200,000.
• Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, training or certification support, and referral bonuses.
