Primary Purpose of the Job

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of documents/records so that information can be readily accessible to different organizational units as essential reference for various decision making scenarios.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 6 years working experience out of which at least 5 years in Land and Agreement administration.
  • Ability to swiftly understand the requirements and work on a given subject matter.
  • Able to plan, execute and complete work with limited guidance.
  • Good inter personal skills and ability to work with his team effectively.
  • Adequate exposure to SAP.
  • Good MS Office knowledge and other PC software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, flexible and adaptable nature.
  • Strong time management skills with high level of confidentiality.
  • Great written & verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • A relevant higher diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent.
