- Manage full AR cycle including invoicing, payment recording, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and manage e invoicing (Fatoora) process
- Prepare quarterly VAT output reports
- Perform multi system bank reconciliations (Odoo, operating platforms, bank accounts)
- Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports
- Identify and troubleshoot Odoo integration issues with tech team
- Resolve merchant inquiries regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience with high volume transactions
- Direct experience with ZATCA regulations and Fatoora e invoicing system
- Strong hands on experience with Odoo ERP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Experience in logistics company preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a detail oriented, highly analytical Accountant to join our fast paced, data driven environment. In this crucial role, you will be the bridge between our finance, operations, and tech teams.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full AR cycle, including preparing monthly merchant invoicing, recording customer payments, monitoring and following up on outstanding balances, and processing credit notes.
- Ensure strict adherence to ZATCA requirements, manage the e invoicing (Fatoora) process, and prepare quarterly VAT output reports.
- Manage monthly merchant invoicing, record customer payments, and process credit notes.
- Perform multi system bank reconciliations (Odoo, operating platforms, and bank accounts) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, ensuring the completeness of all financial data.
- Act as the financial system expert. Identify and troubleshoot Odoo integration issues alongside our tech team to improve and automate processes.
- Resolve merchant inquiries via email, managing pricing differences, discounts, and promotions.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record handling high volume transactions. Direct experience with ZATCA regulations and the Fatoora e invoicing system is required.
- Strong hands on experience with Odoo ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional problem solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Work experience in Logistic company.
