Role Summary
Apply paint and coatings to metal and wood surfaces using spray guns, airless sprayers, or HVLP machines.
Produce smooth, even, and professional finishes on furniture, fixtures, metal parts, doors, frames, and other products.
Surface Preparation
- Clean, sand, and remove rust, dirt, or old coatings.
- Mask and protect areas not to be painted.
- Prime surfaces when required for better adhesion.
Paint Application
- Mix paints, lacquers, or stains to the correct color and consistency.
- Use spray guns and paint equipment to apply coatings evenly.
- Apply primers, base coats, and clear topcoats according to specifications.
Equipment Handling
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, paint booths, and related tools.
- Clean equipment after use to prevent clogging and ensure longer equipment life.
