Joinery Draftsman - fitout

To prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery and interior fit-out drawings, and layouts for décor projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear technical support for project execution in alignment with client and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for joinery, furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, and interior layouts based on design concepts.
• Convert concepts and sketches from designers into technical, precise shop drawings for production and site execution.
• Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and site teams for design clarity and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Prepare as-built drawings after site completion as required.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantities from drawings when required.
• Maintain drawing documentation and proper version control.
• Support site teams with technical clarifications related to drawings during execution.

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the Interior Fit-out / Joinery / Décor sector in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of joinery, furniture detailing, and interior finishing materials.
• Familiarity with UAE authority drawing standards and submission requirements is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Office-based with occasional site visits within the UAE for measurements, site coordination, or as-built preparation.
• 6-day work week typical for fit-out companies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
