Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and resolve issues to ensure seamless delivery of services across schools
- Conduct risk assessments of the school following risk assessment form and check premises regularly for security
- Oversee daily Food Services operations including inventory, staff scheduling, customer service, and quality control
- Manage Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs) and Co Curricular Activities (CCAs) including scheduling, coordinating payments, and ensuring smooth execution
- Report to Operations Manager
Requirements
- Minimum high school education or industry related experience
- Fluency in English
- Driving License
- School facility or sport centre facility management: 2 years (Required)
- Financial Understanding
- Regulatory Awareness

Job Overview
- As a Facility Supervisor, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a facility.
- Responsibilities include maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- School Management: Coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and resolve issues.
- Time management and punctuality: Report to work on time and perform security checks.
- Financial responsibility: Ensure receiving opening and closing cheques and hand over to Operations Supervisor.
- Risk assessment: Conduct risk assessment of the school and check premises regularly.
- Manage Day to Day Operations in the school: Oversee daily Food Services operations.
- ECA/CCA Program Management: Curate and oversee Extra Curricular Activities and Co Curricular Activities.
- Reporting: Report to Operations Manager from SSM.
Key Requirements
- Minimum high school education or industry related experience
- Fluency in English
- Arabic would be an advantage.
- Financial Understanding
- Regulatory Awareness
- Driving License
Personal Competency
- Good organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure.
- Good English language skills including reading, writing, speaking.
- A willing ability to multitask and work independently.
Compensation & Hours
- Working Hours: 48 Hours across 6 days per week.
- Job Type: Full time
- Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
