- Ensure lifeguard equipment is in good working condition and readily accessible.
- Maintain clear communication with other lifeguards, staff, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with swim coaches and instructors to support facility operation.
- Report to Lead Coach.
Requirements
- Lifeguard certification from a recognized training program
- First Aid certification
- Safeguarding certificate
- Own visa/EID/Insurance
- Strong swimming skills and proficiency in lifesaving techniques
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and stamina
- NRASTC qualification of pool lifeguard desirable

Job Overview
- As a Lifeguard at Infinite Sports/Absolute Sports, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well being of participants in and around the swimming pool area.
- This role is for ladies only classes at Kings' Nad Al Sheba Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, such as drowning, injury, or other medical emergencies.
- Perform rescue techniques, including water rescues, CPR, and first aid.
- Ensure that all lifeguard equipment is in good working condition and readily accessible.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with other lifeguards, staff members, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with swim coaches, instructors, and other team members.
- Report to Lead Coach.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong swimming skills and proficiency in lifesaving techniques.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure during emergencies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively for extended periods.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: Lifeguard certification from a recognized training program.
- NRASTC qualification of pool lifeguard desirable.
- First Aid certification.
- Safeguarding certificate.
- Visa/ EID/ Insurance.
- Desirable: Additional certifications in water safety, rescue techniques, or emergency response.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a related role.
Compensation
- Pay: AED50.00 per hour
