About the Role

- Develop and implement individualized and group speech and language therapy plans for children.
- Conduct family centered evaluations and assessments of children's daily life activities to determine their needs.
- Meet the unique needs of each family and provide direct and indirect training and coaching to mothers.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and therapy plans for children.
- Stay up to date with current best practices and advancements in the field of Speech and Language Therapy.
- Recommend and support appropriate adaptations to classroom materials and the learning environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement each child's goals within the classroom environment.
- Ensure teachers consistently incorporate each child's therapy goals into classroom activities.
- Develop and promote communication opportunities in both classroom and community settings.
- Maintain accurate and up to date child records, including assessments, goals, and progress notes.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field

Job Description
- Develop and implement individualized and group speech and language therapy plans for children under the supervision of the Senior Speech and Language Therapist.
- Provide direct therapy and communication training to help children develop effective communication skills, express their needs, and improve their participation in daily life.
- Follow the department's policies, procedures, and evidence based best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Knowledge and Experience

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to support decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or any related field.
Pay
- SAR 7,500.00 SAR 11,250.00 per month
