Assess and follow up on the needs of children and families through interviews, socio-economic evaluations, and case management, ensuring that services are delivered in line with organizational policies and approved plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and monitor beneficiaries’ enrollment and engagement across all organizational services.
- Oversee case management processes and track case needs and progress.
- Conduct social and economic family assessments, including coordinating and conducting home visits as needed.
- Document individual funding requirements to support training, educational, and financial needs of beneficiaries.
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing, archiving, and retrieval of case information, and prepare professional reports.
- Coordinate and participate in activities, events, and field trips.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social work, special education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of social service programs and community-based interventions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess and interpret the social and economic conditions of families.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Education And Certifications
Degree in Social Work or a related field.
