- Certificate Equivalency is mandatory
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pediatrics or rehabilitation
- Strong experience in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Alfarah Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi.
- We are looking for a bilingual Arabic English therapist who is committed to providing high quality therapy services for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
- The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience working with children, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child’s needs and goals.
- Provide one on one and/or group speech and language therapy sessions.
- Support children with speech delay, language disorders, articulation difficulties, social communication challenges, stuttering, and other communication needs.
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans regularly.
- Prepare professional assessment reports, therapy progress notes, and home programs.
- Provide guidance and counseling to parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and carry over strategies at home.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other team members to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in meetings, case discussions, and parent consultations as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with centre policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure therapy services are delivered in line with professional, ethical, and licensing standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Certificate Equivalency is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pediatrics or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong experience in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation for children.

Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
