Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric clients
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans according to each child's needs
- Provide one on one and/or group speech and language therapy sessions
- Support children with articulation difficulties, speech delay, language disorders, stuttering, and social communication challenges
- Monitor progress, review goals, and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Prepare assessment reports, therapy notes, progress reports, and home programs
- Guide and support parents/caregivers on home based carry over strategies
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings, case reviews, and parent meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional and centre standards
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with ethical, clinical, and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pediatric rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Professional, compassionate, and child focused attitude
- Certificate Equivalency is mandatory

Job Overview
- Alfarah Rehabilitation Centre is looking to hire a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong experience in assessing and treating children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working closely with families and the multidisciplinary team.

Pay
- Pay: AED 7,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
