You will learn skills in robotic welding and learn to use calipers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment. Adhering to Fisher Barton Safety and Quality procedures and regulations and business code of ethics
Producing assemblies of metal work pieces to quality and efficiency standards, including repetitively lifting and placing metal work pieces and sheets into fixtures manually and repetitively, removing completed assemblies
Reading control plans and prints to determine specifications, such as parts and fixtures to be used, placement of parts, dimensions and tolerances, proper labeling of parts, etc.
Accurately completing all required functions to ensure only quality product is produced and shipped to customers
Safely completing finishing functions such as grinding, sanding, etc.
Performing operator maintenance and/or 5S housekeeping

Required Qualifications:
Basic math skills to analyze information and measuring equipment
