Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, coffee recommendations, and personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café.
- Calibrate coffee equipment daily and ensure all machinery is in excellent working condition.
- Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and barista tools as needed.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation and service standards.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and improving the coffee program.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, grind settings, and manual brewing methods.
- Skilled in latte art and espresso machine operation.
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting.
