Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client plan data within specialized platforms; manage data file loads and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing client equity compensation expense calculations and valuations
- Support end to end client onboarding workflow, including preparing client profiles and managing access
- Coordinate routine data maintenance events such as grant cancellations, releases, and demographic updates
- Act as reliable point of contact for everyday client system and data inquiries
- Contribute to testing system upgrades and update internal desk operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 1 2 years of professional experience in an analytical, data driven, or corporate accounting environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel with lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.
- Advanced proficiency across MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Foundational exposure to corporate equity compensation concepts (asset)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism in English and French

Job Description
- The Client Success Specialist is an essential member of the Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) team at TSX Trust.
- This role bridges data administration, platform configuration, and client financial reporting.
- This role is hybrid (2 3 days/week in the office) based in Montreal, QC.
Key Accountabilities
- System & Plan Administration: Manage data file loads, troubleshoot discrepancies, execute plan setups or updates.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing client equity compensation expense calculations and valuations.
- Implementation & Client Onboarding: Support end to end client onboarding workflow.
- Lifecycle Support & Relationship Management: Coordinate routine data maintenance events.
- Client Service & Demonstrations: Act as reliable point of contact for client inquiries.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to testing system upgrades and update internal procedures.
Must Have(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
