- Interpret all types of general radiological examinations, including fluoroscopy, angiography, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Supervise technologists and instruct them in specialized views and positioning
- Participate in quality improvement programs and evaluate imaging equipment
- Provide written consultation reports with main and differential diagnoses
- Provide on call emergency coverage

- Medical degree and specialization in Radiology
- Experience in interpreting general radiological examinations, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy
- Ability to supervise and train technologists
- Knowledge of quality improvement programs and international standards

Key Responsibilities
- Comply with rules, regulations and procedures of practicing the profession
- Issue written instructions to technologists for x ray examinations and imaging studies
- Inspect x ray requests for adequacy and coordinate with specialists to reduce unnecessary radiation
- Design training and qualification plans for radiologists and technologists
- Interpret all types of general radiological examinations, including fluoroscopy, angiography, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Supervise technologists and instruct in specialized views and positioning
- Participate in quality improvement program
- Evaluate imaging equipment for quality assurance and propose restructuring
- Provide written consultation reports with main and differential diagnoses
- Recommend additional studies as required
- Administer intravenous contrast media
- Develop internal standards and policies for the department
Qualifications
- Medical degree and specialization in Radiology
- Experience in interpreting general radiological examinations, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy
- Ability to supervise and train technologists
- Knowledge of quality improvement programs and international standards
