About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and lifecycle management of advanced microjet propulsion systems
- Support product strategy through technical analysis and engineering execution
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Prepare and execute engineering work packages and product development plans
- Support prototype assembly, testing, verification, and qualification
- Assist with certification activities by preparing technical documentation
- Analyse product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Provide technical support during customer meetings and proposal development
- Monitor engineering deliverables, schedules, and risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 3 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, propulsion systems, or product development
- Experience supporting engineering projects through design, testing, validation, manufacturing, or product support
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Master's degree or MBA (desired)
- Experience with microjet engines, UAV propulsion, gas turbines (desired)
- Exposure to product certification and regulatory environments (FAA/EASA) (desired)

- Working within Product Management team, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform concepts into high performance propulsion products.
- Play important role throughout complete product lifecycle from concept to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and lifecycle management of advanced microjet propulsion systems.

Requirements

- Experience supporting engineering projects through design, testing, validation, manufacturing, or product support.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Desired Skills
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience with microjet engines, UAV propulsion systems, gas turbines.
- Exposure to product certification activities and regulatory environments (FAA/EASA).
- Knowledge of aerospace product lifecycle management and systems engineering.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
- Experience supporting customer facing engineering activities or technical business development.
