Role Overview
Manage day-to-day Equipment Maintenance and Repair operations.
Lead service excellence, operational efficiency, process compliance, stakeholder relationships, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Support customer satisfaction, process improvement, and team leadership.
Operations Management
- Manage daily EMR operations and agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.
- Handle disputes and collections for EMR invoices.
- Resolve vendor and local EMR queries.
- Execute container maintenance and repair activities accurately and on time.
- Support workload management, resource planning, and business continuity.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with vendors, depots, and local stakeholders.
- Maintain customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve process alignment and operational excellence.
