Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans across different project phases
- Conduct operational assessments to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and communication materials for operational teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to operational readiness and provide reports as needed
- Identify process gaps and assist in developing solutions to enhance operational workflows
- Participate in meetings and workshops to track progress and share updates regarding readiness status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or operations support
- Good analytical skills with ability to assess processes and recommend improvements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools
- Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams and manage multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous

Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Specialist Operational Readiness to join our team and support the operational preparation of world class entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.
- In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that all operational aspects are ready and aligned for the successful launch and sustainable operation of our facilities.
- You will be involved in assessing operational readiness, identifying gaps, facilitating training programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
