Role overview
Coordinate daily driver and plant operator activities across company projects and customer locations.
Control the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery, collection, and operation of plant and equipment.
Manage transport coordination, operator administration, competency verification, and operational documentation.
Operations coordination
- Coordinate and monitor drivers and plant operators.
- Allocate personnel and equipment based on operational requirements.
- Maintain communication with field personnel and project teams.
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns where required.
- Coordinate with workshops, projects, and customers regarding equipment availability and status.
Transport and documentation
- Schedule and follow up on plant and equipment deliveries and collections.
- Monitor transport movements for timely delivery and collection.
- Process driver and operator timesheets accurately and on time.
- Ensure delivery notes, collection notes, and supporting documents are signed and submitted.
- Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.
