Role overview
The Senior Specialist Admin and Business Support provides administrative and business support across utility operations.
The role supports operational execution, stakeholder communication, administrative management, and client service excellence.
Administrative and business support
- Oversee document management, filing systems, correspondence, and secure operational documentation.
- Develop standard operating procedures and implement administrative best practices.
- Provide calendar, meeting, executive reporting, budget planning, and project coordination support.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and manage timely follow-up.
- Maintain databases and report on administrative metrics, business performance, and operational statistics.
- Develop analysis reports that identify performance trends.
- Support enterprise-system implementation, troubleshooting, and user-guide development.
- Maintain training records, develop training materials, and coordinate with external providers.
Requirements
- The source experience level indicates 2-4 years of experience.
- Ability to manage organizational documentation and administrative systems in an audit-compliant manner.
- Ability to provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
