Seeking a high-potential, early-career professional for the role of Specialist Land Cost & Valuation within the Master Development Unit Financing team.
Role supports the development of land cost model for Qiddiya city.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the land cost model for citywide and district-level analysis.
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and validating input from multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
- Support land cost allocation across districts, plots and development phases using defined methodologies.
- Prepare analytical outputs to support land development and financing decisions.
- Track assumptions, dependencies and data gaps across workstreams.
- Support the Land Cost & Valuation team with day-to-day requirements, including preparing presentations, analysis packs and reporting materials.
- Support scenario testing analysis for land development and financing decisions.
- Proactively identify issues, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in datasets or processes.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
