About the business area

In this role, your key responsibilities include

• Review, iterate, build and maintain simple and easy to understand functional and technical documents, communications or policies related to area of expertise, using agreed toolsets and frameworks to ensure accuracy of data captured
• Organise critical meetings, stakeholder workshops and issue resolution in order to see queries resolved through to successful conclusion
• Support with mini projects and initiatives as agreed with squad/team lead to ensure successful implementation
• Maintain, produce and improve key reporting artefacts across Jira, Excel, Planview and customer ADCB systems as required in order to support aid continuous improvement
• Identify improvements and build out new processes to ensure continuous improvement
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
• Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
