Role Overview
The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations.
This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to support onboarding, role-based training, and customer experience training.
The role reinforces continuous learning so training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences.
What You Will Do
- Lead onsite training programs for frontline employees and managers.
- Deliver onboarding and new-hire training at assigned locations.
- Coordinate training logistics and learning activities.
- Facilitate instructor-led training.
- Observe employee performance and reinforce standards through coaching and feedback.
- Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams on training needs.
- Track participation and completion, and collect feedback for the learning team.
- Travel up to 15% to support field locations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support.
