Agreement Specific: Conduct secondary reviews of agreements processed by B1, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Review pre-drafted agreements and ensure compliance with operational standards and oversee accurate indexing of paperwork.

Data Maintenance: Enter contract and financial data accurately into trackers.
Oversee the governance of data trackers.

Foster collaboration within the Contracts Team and wider rights and royalties department.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating within specified boundaries and building relationships across departments.
