Responsibilities
- Support financial modelling, operational intelligence and performance analysis across the NTC portfolio
- Provide insights to optimize venue utilisation, commercial performance and operational efficiency
- Analyse venue utilisation, programming performance, revenue generation and operational trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reporting and business intelligence tools
- Monitor operational, commercial and guest experience performance metrics across venues and events
- Assist with operator performance reporting, compliance monitoring and governance tracking
- Support preparation of business cases, feasibility assessments and operational improvement initiatives
- Maintain integrity of operational and financial data across systems and reporting platforms
- Prepare reports, presentations and performance summaries for leadership stakeholders
- Support risk management, compliance reporting and audit preparation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting automation and systems optimisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline
- 2–3 years experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence or related analytical roles
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- Experience in financial modelling, operational reporting or dashboard development preferred
- Understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting and commercial performance analysis
- Strong communication and presentation capability

About the Role
- Qiddiya is Saudi Arabia’s future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture — a 360 km² mega project just outside Riyadh.
- The NTC precinct is being developed as a next generation sport, entertainment and lifestyle destination.
- The Specialist – Asset Management, NTC Financial Modelling, Performance & Operational Intelligence supports the Asset Management team through financial analysis, operational intelligence, performance reporting and data driven insights across the NTC asset portfolio.
Requirements (Duties)
- Support financial modelling, operational intelligence and performance analysis across the NTC portfolio.
- Provide insights to optimise venue utilisation, commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyse venue utilisation, programming performance, revenue generation and operational trends.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence or related analytical roles.
- Experience or strong interest in sport, entertainment, venues, hospitality or major events environments preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical capability with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial modelling, operational reporting or dashboard development preferred.
- Understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting and commercial performance analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation capability.
- Ability to work across cross functional operational and commercial teams in a fast paced environment.
- Curiosity, initiative and passion for sport, entertainment and live experiences.
- Experience with reporting systems, visualisation tools or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
