Role Objective
Support the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events.
Coordinate logistics, budgets, branding, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and impactful attendee experiences.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in event management practices.
Event Planning and Operations
- Assist with corporate events, employee engagement activities, conferences, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate stakeholders to align events with organizational goals and themes.
- Manage venues, vendors, equipment setup, catering, registration, seating, and attendee management.
- Manage end-to-end on-site execution, including setup, rehearsal, dismantling, and real-time issue resolution.
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams and address event-related requirements.
Contracts and Procurement
- Coordinate with Communications, HR, IT, creative, and design teams for event delivery.
- Manage event agency contracts and raise Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Statements of Work.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and vendor invoices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement and administrative guidelines.
