Role overview

Project delivery responsibilities

• Work closely with the project lead and organize project reporting, communication, procedures, and objectives.
• Attend project meetings and prepare project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets effectively.
• Manage professional consultants involved in project design and documentation.
• Administer vendor contracts in accordance with legal requirements and commercial interests.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain strong focus on health, safety, and sustainability.
• Solve problems, improve services, identify new markets, and implement new strategies where relevant.

Qualifications and experience

• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is typically expected.
• Typically, five years of overall experience in construction or project management is expected.
