- Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards (JCI, CAP, ISO)
- Supervise laboratory staff, including technologists and technicians
- Participate in infection control, transfusion medicine, and clinical governance programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory efficiency
- Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and laboratory standards

- Experience required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist/board certification
- Clinical scope: Laboratory medicine, diagnostic pathology, quality assurance, and clinical consultation
- The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring diagnostic accuracy, and supporting clinicians through high quality laboratory insights.
