Role Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts and timelines and coordinate with internal creative and production teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee venues, technical setup, staffing and on-site operations.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses and ensure events are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, manage approvals, handle last-minute changes and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Follow applicable safety and compliance standards during event delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and management, including live experiences, corporate events, brand activations or special projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple events, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in vendor and supplier management, contract negotiation and budget oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site at events, manage operations under pressure and solve problems calmly.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• UAE or GCC experience and familiarity with local suppliers and regulations is advantageous.

Additional Knowledge

• Knowledge of event production, logistics, health and safety standards, and basic AV, staging and lighting requirements is beneficial.
• A creative mindset and understanding of marketing, brand experience and audience engagement strategies are expected.

Work Schedule

• The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and irregular hours based on event schedules.

Work Arrangement

• The role is on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
