Role overview
Inc42 Media is seeking a Speaker Acquisition Specialist to build its speaker network across summits, retreats, roundtables, executive programmes, and courses.
The role owns the speaker pipeline from research and outreach through relationship management and confirmed participation.
Speaker research and curation
- Understand the audience, format, and objective of each Inc42 property before building its speaker universe.
- Research and curate founders, investors, CXOs, industry leaders, experts, and emerging voices.
- Build shortlists based on relevance, credibility, expertise, seniority, and fit.
- Monitor startups, technology, business, and emerging industry trends to identify future speakers.
Outreach and acquisition
- Craft personalised invitations across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
- Execute outreach strategies for different speakers and Inc42 properties.
- Manage conversations from initial outreach through follow-ups, negotiations, and final confirmation.
- Own speaker acquisition targets and pipelines across multiple events.
