Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with customer needs, technical expertise, and solutions that improve product sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with sales managers and engineers to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients covering product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and partners and resolve technical inquiries and issues.
• Provide technical information to internal and external stakeholders in support of sales activities.
• Collaborate with automotive suppliers and technical resources to gather industry and technology insights.
• Monitor sales processes and performance metrics and contribute to sales process improvements.

Your Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Three to five years of experience, although experience may not be exclusively limited to this range.
• Knowledge of the marine or service industries.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and overall team success.
