Role Overview
Kings Auto Garage is hiring a Spare Parts Procurement Officer to manage automotive spare-parts sourcing and purchasing for its workshop.
The role coordinates with service advisors, workshop management, technicians, storekeeping, and accounts to ensure parts are available on time.
Employment and Workplace
- This is a full-time role located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Source genuine, OEM, aftermarket, used, refurbished, and replacement parts for workshop requirements.
- Identify suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and arrange urgent deliveries.
- Search for parts using part numbers, VIN or chassis numbers, vehicle models, engine specifications, and catalogues.
- Verify delivered parts and manage pending orders, backorders, returns, warranty claims, and replacements.
Records and Inventory
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchasing, supplier, pricing, stock, delivery, quotation, and invoice records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the storekeeper to avoid shortages or overstocking.
