Job Summary
Serve as the primary customer contact and support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate a smooth automotive service experience.
Customer Interaction and Service Coordination
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about services.
- Liaise between customers and service teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work with the team to resolve concerns.
- Follow up with customers about ongoing services, updates, and post-service feedback.
Sales and Records
- Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve services and customer retention.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in an automotive garage in a Service Advisor or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
