Job Overview
- Seeking a detail oriented and proactive Spare Parts Purchaser to manage procurement of automotive parts and supplies for our garage.
- Location: Al Qouz 1, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase automotive spare parts and workshop consumables as per job requirements and stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure best prices and delivery timelines.
- Verify part compatibility and availability for various vehicle makes and models.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to identify required parts and ensure accurate and timely procurement.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Track and resolve issues with delayed or incorrect orders.
- Analyze usage trends and participate in cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in the handling and storage of parts.
Pay
- AED4,000.00 AED5,500.00 per month.
