Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry into accounting systems (Mass Garage & QuickBooks)
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash transactions
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office operations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support management with documentation and filing
- Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration in UAE
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Mass Garage & QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Senior Accountant for Al Qouz 1, Dubai location.
- The ideal candidate will handle day to day accounting tasks, general office administration, and coordination duties.
Accounting Duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry into accounting systems (Mass Garage & Quick Books).

Salary
- AED 4,000 AED 5,500 per month
