Spa Therapist

Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Provide massage services, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy treatments.
• Assess guest needs and contraindications before treatment and promote comfort, safety, and security.
• Prepare treatment rooms, workstations, drapes, supplies, and equipment.
• Promote and sell spa, salon, and related retail services.
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and keep treatment areas sanitary.
• Follow schedules and procedures for guest conduct, safety reporting, and service interruptions.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a current state or regional massage license or certification.
• Maintain current skills and licensure in the service area as required by regional regulations.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Workplace

• The role is based in an onsite spa environment in Riyadh and is not remote.
