- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Pursue ongoing training and education in spa techniques
- Educate clients on benefits of spa treatments and wellness practices
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant
- Diploma in any Related Technical Certificates
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus
- Proficiency in massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone)
- Knowledge of skincare products and techniques
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices

Job Responsibilities 1

- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and therapies.
- Provide personalized care and attention to clients throughout their spa experience.
- Stay informed about spa products, ingredients, and brands.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and treatment plans.
- Pursue ongoing training and education in spa techniques.
- Educate clients about benefits of spa treatments and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
Job Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant, 2 years GCC is a plus.
