Position Summary
Spa Specialists support guest spa experiences through service promotion, reservations, customer assistance, check-in, and payment processing.
The role emphasizes safe working practices, professional communication, quality standards, and personalized guest service.
Responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail offerings.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer guest questions about services.
- Check in guests and process payments.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Use reservation software to read and verify information.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
