Job Description
Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests while ensuring their comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction.
Provide personalized services, maintain treatment standards, and contribute to the luxury spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other spa treatments.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies.
- Maintain current knowledge of spa products, services, and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service so guests feel relaxed and pampered.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Certification in a specialized treatment such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa specialties.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
