Spa Therapist (Female)

Position Summary

Spa Services

• Provide massages using appropriate props and products.
• Provide body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy treatments.
• Keep current with techniques and modalities related to the field.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and arrange workstations, rooms, and drapes.

Guest Care and Sales

• Check guest comfort, safety, and security throughout each service.
• Promote and sell spa, salon, and related retail services.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate using clear professional language.
• Follow procedures for handling inappropriate guest behavior and inform a supervisor when needed.

Cleanliness, Safety, and Operations

• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and keep workstations and treatment rooms clean.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens and secure supplies and equipment at the end of shifts.
• Monitor the daily schedule and complete services within assigned timeframes.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, company policy compliance, and positive working relationships.
• Perform duties requiring extended standing, walking, fine motor coordination, and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required Qualification

• Hold a current state or regional massage license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of related work experience.
• A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Schedule and Position Type

• The position is full time.
• The role is classified as non-management.

Workplace

• The role is based at the spa location in Riyadh and is not remote.
