Requirements
- Relevant qualification for the role (e.g., Cibtac certification preferred)
- 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Role Overview
- As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
- A Therapist would also be required to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, need be able to perform all Massages, Facial Services and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
- Ensure procedures are delivered flawlessly including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
- Interact and communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and the management team.
- Ensure health, safety and company regulations are complied with.
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure a more personalized experience while enhancing the guest's relationship with Spa and Beauty Salon.
- Ensure all guest issues or compliments are escalated to enable long term improvements in products and services.
- Comply with security, fire, and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that protocols of cleanliness are adhered to at all times.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary will start at 3000 to 3,500 + Accommodation depending on experience and qualification.
- Pay: AED3,200.00 AED4,000.00 per month.
